Kilkishen’s Sean Hehir has come home in 63rd place in the Marathon at the 2017 World Athletics Championships.
The Clare man completed the course in a time of 2 hours, 27 minutes and 33 seconds.
The time was over 11 minutes slower than the personal best time he posted when becoming the first Irish man home at the London Marathon in April.
