A survey conducted by Reckitt Benckiser highlighting the confusion around Covid-19 amongst the Irish public as part of their Share the Facts Campaign, a new campaign featuring GP Dr Sinead Beirne.
The key findings include:
– 45% overwhelmed by volume of information on Covid-19

– Over a quarter (28%) are confused by the information that is out there about whether they can take ibuprofen for potential coronavirus symptoms, such as fever and headache
– Almost 1 in 5 are not treating everyday pain symptoms during lockdown
– 23% of those who have not treated symptoms of everyday pain since the introduction of COVID-19 restrictions have had to seek medical attention
