Today on Morning Focus, we chatted about a new TV series which is set to start filming in Lahinch Co. Clare in the new year.
Rebecca O’Flanagan, a producer of Smother joined us on the show to tell us more.
Cast and crew will be in Lahinch to shoot Smother in February, with the production lasting 12 weeks. The RTÉ and BCC co-production is part-funded by the Western Region Audiovisual Producers Fund, which sees grants rolled out through local authorities to support film and television projects in the west.
