A pack on climate action developed by An Taisce encourages schools to have Meatless Mondays, arguing that meat consumption increases your carbon footprint. We spoke to Roisin Garvey, Green schools officer for Clare, who supports the report and Willie Hanrahan, chairperson of the IFA who have taken exception to the resources.
