Clare FM’s Fiona Cahill travelled to Lisdoonvarna to see how the King Thomond Hotel was working with their new direct provision centre.
You may remember, back in February, it was announced that King Thomond Hotel in Lisdoonvarna was set to take in asylum seekers.
The announcement caused massive up roar with most of Lisdoonvarna’s population casting a no vote when public meetings were being held.

However, it is now April and multiple refugees have since moved into the hotel.
