The Silver Branch, A ‘Vision Poem’ On The Burren Comes To Glór

The haunting beauty of the Burren is no secret. It draws thousands from around the world every year to its deceptively barren landscape.

It’s also inspired poets and artists, and one of those – described as a ‘farmer/poet’ – Patrick McCormack is now the subject of a film tracing his efforts to preserve his way of life and that of his community.

‘The Silver Branch’ is described as ‘a philosophical vision-poem’ and it’ll be show at glór, Ennis next Sunday (April 15) at 4 pm.
