The controversial Public Health Alcohol Bill has been debated since the Government’s proposal to tackle the drinking problem in the country by introducing a minimum unit price, limiting the display of drink in shops and also restricting the advertising of alcohol. Gavin spoke to Eunan McKinney of Alcohol Action Ireland and Patricia Callan of the Alcoholic Beverage Federation of Ireland to hear both sides of the debate.
