For Billy and Valerie Leonard, it was simple – they decided to up sticks from their home in Portstewart, Northern Ireland, and fulfill a long held ambition to move to the west coast.
Fast forward a couple of years and they’re farming alpacas in Kilfearagh, near Kilkee.
