New Supports Available For Carers

There are 9,325 carers in Co Clare, and many of them encounter anxiety, depression and stress.

According to Family Carers Ireland, 48% of carers are diagnosed with ill mental health and 68% felt their health had suffered because of their role as a carer.

And that’s before the pandemic.
