Centenary of Irish Hollywood Icon Maureen O’Hara’s Birth To Be Marked In Limerick

Irish Hollywood star Maureen O’Hara, who passed away in 2015, would have marked her 100th birthday this coming week.

In honour of this centenary – her legacy and contribution to the film industry will be celebrated with a one-off presentation of some of the memorabilia from the actress’ personal collection, at the Foynes Flying Boat Museum in Limerick.

Margaret O’Shaughnessy, Director of the Foynes Flying Boat and Maritime Museum, spoke to Morning Focus.
