Ear To The Ground Presenter To Chair Clare Farm Discussion

Darragh McCullough is best known for presenting RTÉ’s Ear to the Ground but when he’s not in front of the camera, he’s on his farm in Co. Meath.

With extensive background in traditional farming, Darragh made the transition to farm flowers too, giving him a bit of an all rounder experience of Irish agriculture.

On Thursday next (November 7th), Liffey Mills in Ballymaley will host an ‘Agriculture in a Post Brexit Era’ discussion with a number of speakers including Darragh to mark three years in business here in Clare.

Darragh took some time out ahead of that to speak to Farm Focus about that event (from 10:18).

Also on this week’s podcast is regular guest Declan Murphy from Teagasc (1:00) to chat about winter housing as the cold weather takes hold.
