On Saturday next (May 26), Ennis Gardaí will host a very special open day.
The event is free and takes place between 2 and 5pm.
Weather permitting, the Garda Air Support Unit helicopter will land in Cusack Park with the Mounted Unit, Dog Unit, Traffic Corps, Scenes of Crime, Community Policing Unit, Victims of Crime and the Crime Prevention Officer on hand. The free event also includes guided tours of Ennis Garda Station to members of the public. Partner agencies including the Clare Civil Defence and the Clare Fire & Rescue Services will also be in attendance.
