An incident of illegal dumping is being investigated by Clare County Council after the discovery of an estimated 450 metre trail of refuse on the Gort Road in Ennis.
It’s been suggested that the material was left behind by a number of traveller families who were encamped at the former Our Lady’s Hospital site.
Councillor Clare Colleran Molloy and Pavee Point President Martin Collins joined Gavin to discuss the issue.
