Chef Shortage Causing Hospitality Sector Crisis

As a county that relies heavily on tourism, the shortage of chefs, which is causing major problems for the hospitality sector, is cause for concern. With some restaurants being forced to close on Mondays and Tuesdays due to under-staffing, the Restaurants Association of Ireland is calling for the re-establishment of CERT to train more chefs.
