There’s still no end in sight to the beef sector crisis – but progress is being made.

A fresh round of talks underway today aimed at resolving the impasse between beef farmers and Meat Industry Ireland, which has led to two weeks of protesting.

It’s also see temporary lay-offs at factories including Kepak at Drumquin near Ennis.
