Bar Safety Code Aiming To Keep Female Patrons Safer

The ‘Ask Angela’ code is making waves in bars around Ireland and is making it’s way to Clare.

‘Ask Angela’ is a code that was invented for women in danger or at risk to be able to approach bar staff in search of safety or help.

Darragh McAlliser from Clare VFI and owner at Lucas’ Bar in Ennis, talked about the code and its aims with Gavin on Morning Focus.
