Aer Lingus is looking to recruit apprentices to its training programme which takes place in Shannon and Dublin.
Gavin was joined by Fergus Wilson, a former apprentice, who is now Aer Lingus’ chief technical officer and by Ciara Spencer, one of three women recruited by Aer Lingus last year.
