On Friday (August 24th) Pat Flynn spoke with 17 year old navigator Sara McFadden and her mother, Sarah McFadden about motor sport and the upcoming Clare rally.
While Sara’s age isn’t too unusual in motor sport her visual impairment is. Sara has albinism which impacts her vision but never one to let that stand in her way Sara has become the first visually impaired person to compete in Irish rallying.
The Clare rally will take place at Hotel Woodstock on September 15th and 16th.
