A medical technology firm has announced 85 new jobs for the Midwest region.
The new positions have been announced at the opening of BD’s new research centre in Limerick’s National Technology Park, by Clare’s Junior Minister at the Department of Jobs.
Deputy Pat Breen has described the announcement as a “vote of confidence in the Midwest”.

The new jobs will bring the total number of employees in the company’s Limerick operation to 285.
