A young homeless Ennis man has spoken of how he has nobody to help him.
20-year-old Kevin O’Donoghue has been staying in a hotel in the county town after spending a few nights on the streets, and has appealed to Clare County Council for assistnace in paying to keep a roof over his head.
He has submitted a housing application to the Council, which will be assessed, and in the interim the local authority has offered him accommodation in the Laurel Lodge facility in Ennis, but Kevin has refused this.
