Wellbeing and Gut Health To Be The Focus of Burren Slow Food Fest

“Wellbeing and Gut Health” will be the focus of this year’s Burren Slow Food Fest.

The festival, now in its 18th year, takes place in Lisdoonvarna on the 21st of May and is a one-day event.

Across the day, local food producers will be featured and the importance of healthy eating to wellbeing and gut health will be highlighted.
