A status yellow rainfall warning is kicking into action in Clare, the rest of Munster and Leinster later today.
Met Éireann says heavy rain will spread from the evening time with spot flooding likely in parts.
The warning comes into effect from seven o’clock this evening and will be in place until seven o’clock tomorrow morning.
