Two Yellow Weather Alerts In Place For Clare Today

Two Status Yellow weather alerts are in place for Clare and the rest of the country this weekend, as Storm Ciara approaches Ireland.

Winds are expected to reach speeds of up to 65kmph, with gusts of up to 110kmph today, while up to 40 millimetres of rain is forecasted.

Tomorrow, Met Éireann is warning of the risk of damaging gusts, with the storm expected to produce very strong winds, particularly near the Atlantic coast.
