Russia’s prime minister says Moscow-Washington relations have been “completely ruined” by Donald Trump’s decision to hit a Syrian air base.
The missiles were in response to a deadly gas attack in Syria, which the US reckons President Assad ordered, in the knowledge the Kremlin would back him.
