A US aviation firm has announced its to set up its European base in Shannon, creating up to 12 jobs in the process.
Aerospace Parts Trading has acquired a premises in the Shannon Free Zone from where it will provide parts and repair support for commercial and cargo aircraft.
The firm will start out with six employees though it expects this to double in the next two years.
