Two Men Charged In Relation To Spanish Twin Terror Attacks

Two men held over last week’s terror attacks in Catalonia have been charged with murder, being members of a terror group and possessing explosives.

A third also remains in custody, while a fourth man was released on bail.

15 people were killed in a series of incidents, including a van attack on Las Ramblas in Barcelona.

Yesterday a court in Madrid heard the group was planning a much bigger attack – using explosives.
