A woman and a young child are being treated in hospital following a two car collision near Connelly village.
The crash happened on the Miltown Malbay road shortly before half eleven this morning around two miles outside the village in the town land of Kinturk.

Gardaí from Ennis and Ennistymon along with several units of the local fire brigades and ambulance attended the scene.
An infant and a woman in one of the cars were rushed to hospital where they’re condition is unknown.
The driver of the other car escaped injury.
Ennistymon Gardaí say the road which was sealed off for a technical examination however, it has now re-opened to traffic.
