Two children have been hospitalised after they were bitten by a dog in Sixmilebridge.
The children were injured in the incident last week, and are now recovering, while Gardaí have launched an investigation.
Clare County Dog Warden Frankie Coote says it should act as a reminder for dog-owners to ensure their animals are muzzled.
