The future of Clare Bus looks to be secure, after it was awarded the contract to continue to operate twelve routes it currently operates in the county.
The routes were recently put out to tender by the National Transport Authority, but now Clare Accessible Transport, which operates the service has been announced as the successful bidder.
The contract, which begins on January 13th, is for one year with a roll over option for a second year.
