A Junior Cert student who died in the first tragic farm fatality of the year is being laid to rest today.
St Anne’s College, Killaloe pupil Patrick McCormack died on Sunday after falling off the back of a tractor on a family member’s farm near Newtown in Co. Tipperary.
The 15-year-old is survived by his parents John and Fiona and his sisters Emer and Mary.

Patrick will be laid to rest in Templekelley Cemetery in Ballina following 12 noon funeral mass today.
