North Clare Hotelier Fears There Is Ground To Be Made Following Difficult 2019

A prominent North Clare hotelier insists there is significant ground to be made in Clare to recover from a difficult 2019 in tourism.

Figures from the CSO have revealed that there was a 1.8% increase in the number of overseas visitors coming to Ireland last year, with over 10.8 million in total.

North American visitors jumped by 1.2% while the number of British visitors had a more marginal increase of 0.8%.
