Clare’s county museum has been awarded with a top national honour.
Clare Museum has been given Full Accreditation under the Museum Standards Programme for Ireland.
The standard was established in 2006 as a benchmark of cultural collections and Clare’s museum is just the ninth local authority one in the country to achieve this status.
