There are three Clare entrants on the latest list of tax defaulters published by Revenue.
Coolawn Dairies Limited of Coolawn Tuamgraney, which is listed as a dairy and cattle farmer, has paid nearly 52,000 euro – including €9,800 in penalties – following an underdeclaration of taxes.
Sales and Merchandising Agent Alan Cummins of 11 Churchfields, Clonlara has struck a settlement of just under 36,000 euro, including 14,000 euro in penalties, after he underdeclared income tax the same offence has led company director Raymond McMahon of Parkroe, Ardnacrusha to pay 66,500 euro to Revenue, including 9,500 euro in penalties.
