Thousands Of Euro Worth Of Tools Stolen In West and North Clare

Gardaí are urging people not to buy tools on the black market after thousands of euro worth of equipment was stolen in three separate incidents in West and North Clare.

On Saturday, May 19th the garage of a house in Kilmihil was targeted by thieves who got away with drills and a consaw, while on Sunday last, a trailer containing a box with a number of tools was stolen from Lahinch.

On the following Tuesday, a shed was entered in Drimanure, Connolly and hammers, drills, angle grindes, power saws and s number of other tools were taken.
