Swimming restrictions have been lifted at Lahinch.
A temporary advisory notice was issued last week, after heavy rain led to high levels of bacteria in the water.
Clare County Council has been carrying out testing since and following advice from the HSE, those restrictions have been lifted with immediate effect.

The local authority is continuing to advise that the safest place to swim is at lifeguarded locations.
