Supreme Court Reverses Planning Go-Ahead For West Clare Wind Farm

A decision by An Bord Pleanala to give the green light to a wind farm in West Clare has been overturned by the Supreme Court.

Local resident Kathleen Connelly took a case against the development, and was previously victorious in the High Court.
