Strong Performance For Clare In Provision Of Housing

It’s claimed Clare is performing strongly when it comes to the provision of housing, compared to the rest of the country.

New figures from GeoDirectory show that 369 new residential dwellings were added to the county’s housing stock last year, which was more than Tipperary and Waterford in Munster.

New dwellings accounted for just over 11% of all property sales here, which was lower than the national average of 18%, while the average house price was around €151,300.
