Motorway speed limits could be lowered as part of the government’s new bid to tackle climate change.
The new National Mitigation Strategy also includes plans to train bus and truck drivers in so-called “eco-driving techniques”.
The DART could be extended northward, with more investment in Dublin Buses, as part of the plan released today.
