Slow Rise In House Prices In Mid West

House prices in the Mid West are rising at the slowest rate in the country.

The latest figures from the CSO show that in the year to June, residential property prices here rose by 8.4 percent.

It’s well below the national rate of increase at 11.4 percent – and Dublin’s, which rose by 11.1 percent.
