Gardaí are looking for the public’s help as they seek to catch those who stole to six-foot-tall metal eagles from outside a residential area in Ennis.
The objects and their plinths were stolen from the top of two pillars at the entrance to Larchill sometime between 10.30am last Wednesday morning and 1.50 that afternoon.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area that morning, or anyone who may have dash cam footage to contact Ennis Garda Station on 065 68 48 100.
