Significant Challenges Face By LIT Ahead Of Re-Opening Of Ennis Campus

The President of LIT admits they’re facing significant challenges ahead of re-opening their campuses in the coming months.

It comes as concern has been raised among third level institutions nationally that students may be considering deferring places because of covid-19 restrictions.

Vincent Cunnane says the two metre social distancing rule raises questions about whether some campuses should re-open at all, but that it would be manageable if that was reduced to one metre.
