As the Christmas decorations come down across the Banner this weekend, people are being invited to throw their trees as far as they can as well.
The seventh annual Irish International Christmas Tree Throwing Championship is getting underway at Active Ennis Tim Smyth Park this lunchtime.
The Championship sees members of the public competing to achieve the longest distance for throwing a standard 1.5 metre tree.
