Secondary School Students Strike For Climate Change This Afternoon

Secondary school students are striking for Climate Change this afternoon.

The group, ‘Fridays for Future Clare’ are staging a rally at the height in Ennis, highlighting the climate damage that is effecting Ireland.

Teenagers have been calling on the Government for some months now, to take drastic action on climate change before it is too late.

Protesters were seen to be wearing snorkels, flippers, life jackets and wet suits to highlight the fact that if urgent climate change is not made, Ennis and other parts of Clare will be underwater within decades.
