It’s claimed rural counties are being “swept under the carpet” in the housing crisis.

Clare Public Participation Network has made a submission to the ongoing review of government’s Rebuilding Ireland strategy which aims to address the ongoing issue.

It was published last year to much fanfare, but figures this week have shown how levels of homelessness in Clare have soared despite that.
