Roche To Engage With Community To Mitigate Impact Of Site Clearance Works

Roche is reassuring the community of Clarecastle that it will continue to engage with the local community as works get underway to clear it’s site in the village.

Clare County Council has now granted final planning permission for works which are scheduled to begin in the middle of this year and last for up to four years.

The local authority has attached a number of conditions to the planning permission, including that there be no more than 18 truck movements into and out of the site each working hour.

Managing Director / Site Lead for Roche Ireland, Gerry Cahill acknowledges the impact on the local community but he’s reassuring that every effort will be made to mitigate any issues.
