The findings of a judicial review into the ticketing scandal at the Rio Olympics is up for debate today.

The Moran report will be discussed by members of the Oireachtas Committee on Sport.

It’s emerged the Olympic Council of Ireland wants to block Pat Hickey from returning to its board.

The former OCI President could automatically qualify if he resumes his work with the International Olympic Committee.

Fine Gael committee member, Senator John O’Mahony says its unfortunate that Mr Hickey has refused to appear at this morning’s hearing.
