As the Christmas decorations come down across the Banner this weekend, people from around the Banner county were taking one last chance to make use of their trees today.
The seventh annual Irish International Christmas Tree Throwing Championship was held at Active Ennis Tim Smyth Park this afternoon.
The Championship sees members of the public competing to achieve the longest distance for throwing a standard 1.5 metre tree.
It was returning Champion John Leahy who took the overall prize, while the top female competitor was Kamila Grabska.
