Rapid Solutions Needed To Tackle Tsunami Of New Homeless In Midwest

Midwest Simon insists rapid solutions are urgently needed to deal with the tsunami of people falling into homelessness.

It comes as the latest figures from the Department of Housing show there’s been a 22% rise in the number of children living in emergency accommodation in Clare and Limerick in June.

84 families have no permanent home, among them over 170 children.
