A new part of the public consultation process on the N19 Shannon Airport Access Road has begun.
The project, which promises ‘high-quality road improvements’ on the N19 road approaching the Airport, is being developed by Clare Council in conjunction with Transport Infrastructure Ireland.
The road will closely follow the route of the existing, but options being discussed at this stage include a new path for pedestrians and cyclists, as well as the installation of traffic lights on some of the roundabouts.
