Public Urged To Stay Away From Galway Forest Fire

Members of the public are being warned to stay away from a massive forest fire in Galway.

Coillte and Air Corps helicopters have been dumping water to help fire crews, and farmers fight the blaze in the Cloosh valley.

It’s feared the fire has destroyed thousands of hectares of forest and bogland.
